We guarantee our projector bulbs to perform as specified.  If a bulb fails to perform, we will replace it or refund the price of the bulb. Defective returns are valid for 10 days from date of receipt.  Non-defective returns are also valid for 10 days from date of receipt. Non-defective returns over $100 will incur a 25% restocking fee /under $99 will incur a $3 restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable on any purchase.

LCD and DLP type projector bulbs come with a 60 day limited manufacturer warranty.

All returns must have a return authorization.  Please call  877-321-6144 for return authorization.  Product returned without a return authorization on the outside of the shipping box will be refused.
